Add a TikTok account

To get the most out of Facebook with Creasquare, follow the steps below to connect your TikTok account.

Step 1 - Adjust your settings

First, the user connecting the Tiktok Account to Creasquare must be able to log in to the TikTok account via a web browser with the account’s credentials.

There are three possible types of accounts available on TikTok: Personal Accounts, Business Accounts, and Creator Accounts. Only Business Accounts and Creator Accounts can be connected to Creasquare. Currently, it’s not possible to add a TikTok Personal Accounts to Creasquare. This type of account will not access all the publishing features.

How to set up a Business Account

Once you activate your Business Account, you'll find a new analytics button under your account options. You will also be able to connect your account to Creasquare :

1. Open the TikTok app on your Smartphone

2. From your profile page, open the Privacy and Settings tab

3. Choose "Manage My Account"

4. Tap "Switch to Business Account" and click Next

5. Select Choose the category that best fits your business and follow the steps from here.

6. That’s it! You now have a TikTok Business Account

Step 2 - Connection your TikTok account to Creasquare

Connecting your TikTok account to Creasquare is simple and straightforward.

1. In a new browser window, log out of Facebook.

2. In Creasquare, go to Connections, and then select Add new connection.

3. Enter the TikTok account credentials, and then select Log in.

4. Select Continue as [your TikTok profile name]

5. Authorization prompt with a list of what Creasquare will receive. Select all.

6. Select Continue to give Creasquare the permissions to manage your Tiktok account

7. That’s it! You’re all set!

Important : Due to TikTok’s limiations, scheduled TikTok videos need to be posted through the Smartphone TikTok app. Creasquare will upload videos to your TikTok Account. You’ll need to finalize the publishing of your video using the TikTok mobile app.

Note: You can connect multiple TikTok accounts by opening a new incognito browser. Log in to TikTok first, then log in to Creasquare, and connect your account like before.

You received an error during the connection process
