Which plan is best for me?

Creasquare is best used by freelancers, social media managers and marketers, as well as entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Each plan offer a different level of access and use of Creasquare:

• Basic: adapted to entrepreneurs and small business starting on social media

• Professional: adapted to social media professionals, managing up to 10 social media accounts

• Team: Designed for professional social media teams, managing up to 20 social media accounts.

How does the free trial works?

You won’t be charged for the duration of your 14-day free trial, unless you decide to continue with your plan once your trial is over. Cancel anytime before your free trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I change my plan?

You can switch your plans to downgrade/upgrade your subscription anytime you want. Simply access the subscription page on app.creasquare.io. Select the plan you want to switch to, and follow the steps on our partner, Stripe.

All the plans changes are automatically prorated to your payment method.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. The remaining credits on your accounts will be available until the next billing period.

How can I get more credits?

If the plans are not suited to your use, please contact us! We are happy to accommodate your business with a dedicated plan.

Do you provide special plans for non-profits?

Yes, just contact us via hello@creasquare.io or directly in the chat. We’ll offer a discount if your business qualifies as a non-profit organization. We reserve ourselves the right to accept or decline non-profit requests.

Is VAT included in the pricing?

No, VAT is not included in our plan prices. As most of our customers are businesses, they do not owe VAT, and thus we charge the advertized flat price.

VAT is still due for customers and may be applied on all plan prices (i.e. non-business entities). If you are an EU business, make sure you enter your EU VAT number to prove your business status and thus remove VAT from the price. If you are located outside the EU, we won’t charge any VAT, regardless of your business or consumer status.

French businesses will pay the VAT, which will be deductible.
